Caroline Dubois wants to win every major lightweight championship in the next 12 months.

Her plan for world domination begins on Saturday, when she puts the WBC belt on the line against Canada's Jessica Camara, live Sky Sports.

It will be Dubois' first belt defense since being elevated from interim to full world champion last month.

“Jessica Camara is tough, she plays, she comes here to win,” Dubois said Sky Sports News.

“But I'm better than her. I'm a better fighter. I have more heart. I have more desire. This is not where my journey ends. This is just the beginning.”

Dubois is seeking a unification with Terri Harper in 2025 and was not impressed with her win over Rhiannon Dixon

Her goal is “to be undisputed by the end of this year.” In order to do that, Dubois must first defend her WBC title against Camara and then look to other belt fights.

Terri Harper is the WBO champion and Olympic silver medalist Beatriz Ferreira is the IBF champion. The WBA 135-pound belt, previously held by Katie Taylor, is now vacant.

But Dubois believes picking up all those belts in 2025 is “very possible.”

She explained: “From an amateur to a professional, progressing in my career, being a world champion is the beginning for me.”

“For me honestly, I want to be undisputed, I want to be the world champion in several categories. I want to do something that has never been done before in women's boxing and I feel I can do it.

“I have the ability, I have the skill. It's just about making it happen. The door must be opened at the right time.

“I'm very excited about the future,” Dubois added. “Being a world champion is every child's dream and I managed to achieve that and I was very happy about it.

“I want to be a champion that will reign for a very long time and I will be pushing for that Saturday.”
