Scott Boland takes a big leap

One of the biggest movers in the rankings is Australia's Scott Boland. The Test player of the match in Sydney climbed 29 spots to break into the top 10 players. It now shares ninth place with India Ravindra Jadeja.

In the ODI rankings, New Zealand's Matt Henry rose to 12th among bowlers after a four-wicket haul in the opening match against Sri Lanka. Meanwhile, Will Young's unbeaten 90 saw him climb to 13th in the charts.
